The two former teachers from the Pedagogical University Mariscal Sucre, which through a process were suspended from duty for alleged irregularities, began a process the Rector and the Disciplinary Tribunal that prosecuted.

He had nothing to do either in knowledge or in the process, he said.
The hierarchical appeal was handled by the Directorate General of Teacher Training.
